## What it does

Reads the price of an external x402 service (url, optional method GET/POST, body) and returns what the target wants plus what you pay through the router (markup, cap). No funds move. Local/private network addresses are refused.

Endpoint: `POST https://remit.paymentrequired.com/mcp` (JSON-RPC 2.0). Placeholders in `<…>` are never real values; secrets (`session`, `wallet_key`) are never pasted into docs or logs.
